-We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards with proper ID. There is a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please)
Please Note: We are UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE regarding specific items at each estate sale, such as PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
-All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds and No Returns Please understand and check your items. -We do not plug every item in nor start every item, it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it. Thank you.
**This sale WILL NOT ALLOW personal or shopping bags into the store at this time, we will provide baskets or clear bags at the front for shopping.

Attention: Parking is limited so please be careful and if you are trying to get into the driveway and no space is left, please do not block the driveway.
No parking on the main highway in front of the home, only park on the property if there is allowed room.
