Please be prepared to lug, lift & load your own furniture and larger items. You may pay and return later for your items if necessary.
Remember: You can make an offer on any item. If the item hasn't sold when we are ready to mark it down, we will consider your offer. If we decide to accept your offer, we will call you and give you time to come pay and pick it up. Questions? Just ask!
SIGN UP SHEET - Our sign up sheet will be put out 1/2 hour before the sale opens. We will honor an early sign up list, BUT if you sign a list started by someone else, you still MUST be present 1/2 hour before we open to get your name transferred to our list. If you are not there when your name is called you lose your spot and you must sign up again at the bottom of the list.
