Amazingly unique opportunity! Our client has asked and encouraged us to try this fascinating idea to assist in emptying their home.
Please note: this is a super fun and uncommon approach to preparing a home to transition to the market! We ask that you bring your patience and decorum as this will not be a free-for-all. It's always our priority to respect that the homes we work in are special to families and this home is no different. Thank you for understanding!
- 10:00am - 12:00pm - $20.00 entry fee for 20 minutes to gather and secure your (free) items in a box or bag and have any furniture or large items (free) marked and indicated to a staff member.
- 12:00pm-2:00pm- $10.00 entry fee for 20 minutes to gather and secure your (free) items in a box or bag and have any furniture or large items (free) marked and indicated to a staff member.
- $5.00 "re-entry" fee. After your 20 minutes have elapsed and your items have been secured -by you- you can add another 20 minutes for $5.00. We will set our timers and bring in the next group in that 20 minute time cycle.
We will have some large black garbage bags and we encourage you to bring your own packing supplies. This is a stripped down version of our normal sale so we won't be providing wrapping etc... ~
