Numbers will be given out at 1/2 hour before sale times you must be there for a number. We will honor a watched list only Cash & Visa/MasterCard for purchases $50 or more will be accepted. No early birds or pre-sales. Pricing information will not be available prior to the sale. There are no returns are selling window is very small. Only Bids over 1/2 the asking price are accepted. Enter at your own risk as we are not responsible for accidents or injury.

There is a strip mall across the street and several side streets, please do not park on town house private drive.

This is a nice little last minute sale and it all has to go as the home is sold.
