 Couple in there 90's are moved to Assisted Living, majority of Estate is for sale.

UPDATE 7/20/11 - Besides a lot of oil paintings from local artists, there are a couple of good original oil paintings signed by an artist that died in 1965.  His name is Emil O. Thulin. We will be accepting bids on this as well as some of the jewelry, the silver flatware, the guitar, and perhaps another item or two.
