Let’s start with the beautiful Wormy Chestnut Kitchen Cabinets Custom made by Grabill Cabinets out of Grabill, Indiana. Antique Wormy Chestnut comes from salvaged barns and smaller mills. This tree was devastated by a blight starting in 1904 and is only found through the reclamation process. It’s highly sought after for it’s warm rustic appearance. This Kitchen was redone in a whole house Rehab in 2010. The cabinets are in excellent condition. They are soft touch doors and drawers. Also included with the purchase is the Counters, Kohler Cast Iron Sink, Faucet, Disposal and under cabinet lights. Other items For Sale Wormy Chestnut Hutch 66″ X 84″, 160″ X 90″ Oak Bookcase Unit with lower Cabinets and the is truly beautiful, 2-Marvin French Patio Doors, 72″ X 80″, Marvin 96″ X 72″ Window, both Doors and Window are aluminum clad on the outside and much more. Wolf Range Dishwasher, Sub-Zero Refrigerator and Single Built-in Oven ARE NOT FOR SALE, But you will get the panels.
