Aether Estate Sales Co. Presents ESTATE SALE IN AVON - MASSIVE ROCK & MINERAL COLLECTION / 5200 SF HOME 

This large estate in Avon includes a massive, museum quality mineral and rock collection, as well as thousands of vintage tools and parts, a pool table, vintage pinball machine, vintage gun cabinet, lots of furniture, home decor and accessories.

The rock and mineral collection was amassed over a 50 year period, and includes thousands of specimens. Very RARE fern and leaf fossils, Halls Gap specimens, micromounts, lapidary slabs, cabinet specimens and fossils. 

There are also thousands of tools, lots of machinery and parts that were all used to work on rocks and minerals - that are being sold separately. 

The rock and mineral collection will be sold as a complete collection and will not be broken up. Offers will be accepted starting on December 3 at 9AM. The winning bidder will be announced on December 14 at 3:30PM. The collection can be picked up at that time, or arrangements can be made for pickup. 

This home is also for sale for an as-is asking price of $375,000. 

SALE INSTRUCTIONS: 

1)  Parking should be confined to one side of the road. This will hopefully help avoid accidents and will allow others in neighborhood to pass through nicely.  DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR'S DRIVEWAYS.  We would hate to see you get towed! 

2) The line will form at the front door. You will enter and exit only through the front door.   

3)  This sale has the Aether Standard,  where every item has a unique barcode tag.

4) ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are limiting entry to no more than 35 at a time. We are not responsible for accidents or mishaps of any kind if you choose to shop at this sale. 

5)  There is limited space to make piles. Be patient. Scope out a holding spot near the checkout, if you can find one, to hold your purchases. We have NO HOLDING AREAS and CANNOT WATCH YOUR PILE.   

6)  PLEASE DO NOT PICK from other's piles. It will be too tempting to do so because of all the AWESOME stuff.  Please be respectful of others.  It is not beyond us to ask you to leave if you don't play nice! 

7)  PLEASE EXERCISE PATIENCE at this sale and be polite to other shoppers.  Nothing worse than a rude shopper elbowing someone else to get something.

OUR PROCESS

All items in the estate are organized and priced by our team. Every item, whether it’s $2500 or 25¢, is priced and tagged with an item specific barcode. Our custom tags integrate with our inventory system, providing you with accurate accounting once the sale is complete.
