We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee on any sale transactions over $100.00.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Mr and Mrs Dutton had a very creative life together. We have explored their home top to bottom with this Original Craftsman home in the Historical District of Downtown Pittsburg Ks. Rod was a graphic designer and artist therefore we have bulk lots of art equipment, vintage and new cameras, computer gear, easels, and original artwork done by Rod. Janet was a middle school teach in Liberal, MO until retirement and then moved on to work at the Pittsburg Library. There are hundreds of good quality books, plus Janet had a fantastic obsession with crafting! There is truly something here for everyone, as the Dutton's bought only the quality.

If you are a paper crafter... we have everything you would need from Sizzix to Stampnitup to designer paper to stickers to finished crafts. Judging from price tags still on items, there are tens of thousands of dollars of paper goods and supplies.

We do accept cash, local Joplin/Pittsburg Check with proper ID and we do offer credit/debit card services with a 4% convenience fee on purchases over $100.
