Dad Can Fix That: A Crestview Hills, Kentucky Estate Sale
There are some dads you call when something breaks.
A faucet starts leaking? Dad can fix that.
Something's wrong with the car? Dad can fix that.
Need a shelf built, a lawn mower repaired, a piece of wood turned—or some mysterious household problem solved?
You already know the answer.
Welcome to 'Dad Can Fix That', a Kept House Estate Sale in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, inspired by a father, chemist, woodworker and lifelong tinkerer whose workshops tell the story of a man who apparently believed there was very little that couldn't be repaired with the right tool.
And he had the tools.
TWO WEEKENDS. A LOT TO UNCOVER.
Due to local estate-sale regulations, Dad Can Fix That will now take place across two weekends:**
September 11–12
September 25–26
That gives us two rounds to open the garages, dig through the basement and move an incredible amount of workshop, lawn, sporting and household inventory.
THE GARAGES ARE THE MAIN EVENT
We're working through an incredible **four-car garage AND two-car garage**, filled with multiple work areas dedicated to automotive projects, plumbing, woodworking, lawn care, general contracting and the inevitable category of *“we're still figuring out what Dad used this for.”*
Expect hand tools, power tools, shop supplies, hardware, automotive items, lawn and garden equipment, building materials and woodworking equipment—including traditional machinery such as lathes—with more still being uncovered.
Contractors. Mechanics. Woodworkers. DIYers. Property owners. Handymen. This one's for you.
AND THEN THERE'S THE BASEMENT...
Consider the basement the treasure hunt.
We're uncovering layers of practical, interesting and unexpected finds, including **even more tools, handyman and repair books, hunting gear, sporting goods, hanging artwork, ammunition, household items** and years of accumulated project supplies.
There's even a non-running riding lawn mower waiting for the shopper who looks at a project and thinks...I can fix that.
Naturally.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT FIREARMS
Firearm transfers will not take place during regular estate sale hours. Any firearm purchases will follow a separate process. Buyers will receive instructions for a designated pickup/transfer appointment, at which time the firearm owner will complete the transfer directly with the buyer in accordance with applicable requirements.
Please follow all instructions provided by Kept House and the owner regarding firearm purchases and pickup.
INSIDE THE HOME
Beyond Dad's workshops, you'll find traditional furniture, household goods, décor, hanging art and useful everyday pieces throughout the home.
Dad was a chemist by profession and an enthusiastic woodworker and fixer by nature. Mom made the home, while the garages, basement and workshops became his places to build, repair, experiment and create.
Now his tools, equipment and collected treasures are ready for their next projects.
And we're still digging.
Additional photos and inventory will continue to be added as we uncover more.
Crestview Hills, Kentucky
Conveniently located just off I-275, across from the Crestview Hills Town Center area.
Kept House is cashless. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.
Bring appropriate help, equipment and vehicles for removing machinery and large purchases.
Come ready to look closely. Dig a little. Open the drawers. Check the shelves.
Because somewhere inside those garages or down in that basement is probably the exact thing you've been looking for.
And if it needs a little work?
Dad can fix that.
