Numbers & Procedures:
— Numbers are passed out at 7am Saturday only for early birds and crowd control. You can line up as early as you prefer, but numbers are passed out at 7am sharp. Each ADULT must be present to obtain a number - one numbers does not admit two people. Once we open the door at 9am and run through customers with numbers, the door will be open to everyone the remainder of the sale.
— Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted with proper I.D. $25 min. on checks and credit card charges.
— All Items Sold As Is, Where Is. All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Refunds.
— No phone sales or holds. We are unable to respond to calls and emails with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc. Everything advertised will be available at the sale unless the family/estate removes an item(s) prior to the sale.
— Please do not pull tags unless you are sure to purchase. We reserve the right to re-tag items to ensure they get sold.
— Please be prepared to move items before you purchase. Our staff is unable to lift and move large and heavy items from the house.
— Be safe and watch your step at this sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

UPTOWN ESTATE SALE


 

Fabulous Uptown home designed and decorated by Michael Carbine. The owner has scaled down to a smaller condo and has generously left behind a lovely collection of furniture, decorative antiques, large Mardi Gras collection, patio furniture and much more. 

We are including in this sale numerous items from other estates and clients, including a 1969 Jose Maria Cundin and other art and decorative items from the Pulitzer family; a tremendous collection of sterling silver from the Stevens/Calhoun family estate at 7003 St. Charles Avenue/1 Newcomb Blvd.; a fabulous Patek Philippe pocket watch from the William Burke estate; and multiple other furniture and collectible items from private collections and estates in New Orleans. We handled two sales for the Burke family in 2020-2021. This on consignment from the Burke family.
