We can then schedule a walk-through consultation in your home or business to get a visual idea on how to proceed based on your needs. Whether you are downsizing, moving, liquidating an estate, or closing or re-locating a business, we can guide you in the right direction and develop an efficient plan of action that will give you a maximum return and most importantly, comfort and ease of mind.


  • We obtain proper permits, if necessary, to conduct a public sale at your home or property. 
  • Research and appraisals of single items and collections, including and certainly not limited to:

    • Antique to modern furnishings

    • Artwork

    • Decorative accessories

    • Collectibles

    • China and porcelains

    • Crystal and glassware

    • Coins of all sorts

    • Sterling silver, including flatware, service sets, bowls, trays, jewelry, and more

    • Estate jewelry and costume jewelry

    • Books and libraries

    • Ephemera, including old photographs, letters, cards, scrapbooks, albums, and more

    • Garden implements, including potted plants, outdoor furniture, fountains, concrete, etc.

  • Complete, reliable and time-sensitive accounting and reporting of sales results. A report is provided with your check with all need-to-know sales results.



Additional/Optional services include:


    • Extensive search for specifically requested items in a home or business. This request may come from family members, executors, or attorneys. Examples of desirable items include: legal documents (valuable papers and stock certificates), titles (automobiles, boats, motorcycles, etc.), lost coins and jewelry, sentimental items, family photos, and even love letters! Often times family members, and particularly attorneys, are unable to sort through an entire house in search for important items. Whether we are hired to conduct an estate sale or not, we can assist in this process in a professional manner for an hourly fee.


    • Complete clean-out, buy-out, or donation arrangements offered post-sale. At the time of our agreement signing, let us know how you would like to handle any leftover items after the sale. We can assist in you in this process. We also obtain tax receipts for donated items. It's our job to go the extra mile for our clients to ensure a pleasant and stress-free experience in cleaning out a home or business. You do have options!
