— No phone sales or holds. We are unable to respond to calls and emails with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc. Everything advertised will be available at the sale.
— Please do not pull tags unless you are sure you want to purchase. Holding tags is unacceptable. We reserve the right to re-tag items to ensure they get sold.
— We will not have moving assistance for this sale. Please be prepared to lift and move your purchases from the home before you purchase. Our staff is unable to move large and heavy items from the house.
— Be safe and watch your step at this sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Numbers & Procedures:
— Numbers are passed out at 7am Saturday for early birds and crowd control. You can line up as early as you prefer, but numbers are passed out at 7am sharp. Each ADULT must be present to obtain a number - one numbers does not admit two people. Once we run through the numbers the door will be open to everyone the remainder of the sale.

We're back June 24-25 for a fabulous French Quarter estate sale featuring early 19th c. Louisiana armoires, fine 18th, 19th and 20th c. American and English furnishings, gorgeous 18th and 19th c. French and English Classical etchings, all beautifully custom framed, timeless decorative accessories, lovely mirrors, fine traditional lamps, crystal stemware, and much more. Owner's of this gorgeous 1830 Federal-style property inherited and have collected fine antiques for decades - many were purchased at fine antiques shops and auction houses in New Orleans.
