--Items Sold As Is, Where Is. All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Refunds. No exceptions.
--Our sales are tag sales - NO online sales, bids, pre-sales or previews. We are unable to respond to calls and emails with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc.
--Customers MUST provide their own moving assistance for furniture and large and heavy items. We are unable to assist in removing items from the home.
--Watch your step at this sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Numbers & COVID Procedures:
--Numbers will be passed out at 7AM Saturday only for early birds and crowd control. Each adult must have a number for early entry. Once we run through the numbers, the door will be open the remainder of the sale. We will do our best to get everyone inside as quickly and safely as possible. Attendance is high - thanks for everyone's patience.
--Due to the City of New Orleans' "Modified Phase One" status, maximum customer capacity is limited to about 40 at a time for this sale. We will do our best to admit other customers as others leave. Thanks for your patience here!
--Face masks are required for entry.

We’re back Jan. 30-31 for an estate sale in the Bywater. The owner of this charming Montegut home has decided to travel and has walked away from everything she owns, leaving behind a home full of clean and functional furniture, art, collectibles, and much more. Unlike most sales, the home hasn’t been picked over by the family – everything is for sale!
