Cash, major credit cards, debit cards accepted. Checks if personally known to us. Please bring your own boxes for packing your items - you may need more than one. If you purchase furniture or appliances, you need to be able to pick-up and haul it away yourself.

On-Line Bidding only - only successful bidders will receive the address.
You will be directed to another online platform that has more photographs, detailed descriptions, measurements, etc on each of these items. Payment will be collected upon pickup.
Another great on-line sale, featuring the contents of the Uptown home of a well-known military reenactor, author, and movie consultant. Local pickup only, but successful buyers at the on-line sale will have the opportunity to shop the rest of the house and look over the items we were not able to list. This sale is not open to the general public. Payment is collected at pick-up. We accept cash/credit/debit. Note: we charge a 5% convenience fee on any credit/debit card purchases.

You must read and agree to the sale terms and conditions. You are responsible for pickup and moving/hauling any item you purchase, including large, heavy items. We will not be able to load your car or assist you with large items, and there are some in this sale.
Pick up Days are Wednesday and Thursday, September 30 and October 1 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. We are also offering pickup on Saturday, October 3 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. If you can't pick up during that time, please do not purchase. Those are the only times and days we are available for pickup. We will be moving on to another sale immediately after this one.
