We're in the Terrace Oaks neighborhood by UNO this weekend with a fantastic "very vintage" estate sale. This lovely park-facing home was custom-decorated in the 60's and 70's from local furniture stores like Hurwitz Mintz and others and features custom-upholstered seating, custom drapes with valances, and quality furniture brands like Drexel, Henredon, Kittinger, Century, Hekman and many others. Original works by Tony Green, John Reed Campbell, Pati Bannister and others are included in this sale. We have display cases full of fabulous smalls – Rolex 18K Oyster Perpetual Day Date in great working condition, fantastic cufflink collection, coins and currency, religious icons, small collectibles and much more. Just like the house, the courtyard is filled – glazed and terracotta planters, fountains, patio furniture, decor, plants and much more.
