--Our sales are tag sales - NO online sales, bids, pre-sales or previews. We are unable to respond to calls and emails with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc. Everything advertised will be available at the sale.
--Customers MUST provide their own moving assistance for furniture and large and heavy items at this sale. We are unable to assist in removing items from the home.
--Watch your step at this sale. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Numbers & Procedures:
--Numbers will be passed out as a courtesy at 7AM Saturday for early birds and crowd control. Remember, you can line up as early as you prefer, but numbers are passed out at 7AM sharp. Each ADULT must be present to obtain a number - one numbers does not admit couples. Once we run through the numbers (usually within an hour), the door will be open the remainder of the sale. We will do our best to get everyone inside as quickly and safely as possible. Attendance is high - thanks for everyone's patience. Please respect our number policy.
--Face masks are required for entry and inside the home.

Stunning Greek Revival mansion in the Lower Garden District, home to local author and collector Louis Edwards, who has acquired art and antiques most of his life. Many items in this sale are from some of Louis’ favorite shops and dealers in New Orleans, including Antiques on Jackson, Bush Antiques, Dunn & Sonnier, Sterling Provisions and multiple auction houses. We hope to see everyone this weekend for this special sale.
