We are pleased to be able to invite you to attend this special two day estate sale event located in one of the old grande mansions in Hamilton. This spectacular home, Pheasant Hill Farm, situated on grounds and gardens designed by Olmstead offers a large and varied selection of very fine quality Antiques, Oriental Carpets, China, Crystal, Decorative Accessories, Custom Furnishings, Art as well as Patio, Holiday, Tools, Basement, Garden and Garage offerings.

HIGHLIGHTS  

Large original signed oil on canvas painting by Fremont Ellis. Titled "Early Spring Aspens" Fremont F. Ellis. Santa Fe, New Mexico. Untouched. Original frame. Canvas size: 28" x 36".

Several fine Oriental carpets including Tabriz, Hamadan, Sarouk, Keshans etc. A few of which are oversize – example- 22’ x 13’.

Antique furniture including Continental, Italianate, Elizabethan style tables, chairs, settees etc.

The dining room offers a very large triple pedestal Georgian style banded edge mahogany dining table. Along with a fine set of 16 Chippendale mahogany dining chairs (2 arms/14 sides) with great needlepoint seats featuring bees.  As well as a Federal style mahogany sideboard.

Of Special Interest:  Rare large set of Lynn Chase porcelain dinner service in the Winter Game Birds pattern in red. Service for 8. All in great condition.

There will be other china including Wedgwood and Limoges as well as crystal.

Fabulous silver plated Pheasants, various sizes.

Please drive and park with caution and respect to the neighborhood. The house is sited up a long winding driveway. Be prepared to park on the street and walk in. The driveway to be open only for Pick Ups of large purchases and for Handicap Accessibility. Police Detail will be on hand to direct parking.
