-Items must be picked up within the stated hours. Any items not picked up will be considered as abandoned, and A@Z may dispose of them.
- House is crowded and we ask that NO CHILDREN are allowed unless they are supervised and there to stay by your side and help you.
- Please bring boxes to pack your breakables. We have a hand truck for heavy items.
All winning bidders' credit cards will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. There is a 15% buyer's premium. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults.
