NOTE: parking is in the grass field (NOT main driveway) and will require a short walk, thru the grass, to the main house entrance at the deck in back yard (NO parking in the main driveway). Shoppers are responsible if they get stuck in the grass (DO NOT SPIN TIRES).

Sale hours are 10:00 till 3:00 both days.  The parking entrance will be blocked until 8:50 AM, once open, you may enter the property.  We will limit the number of shoppers inside at all times and put numbers out at 9:00 AM, EACH shopper needs a number to enter the main house. 

Historic property which has been recently renovated,  a former artist retreat with several outbuildings and walking paths. This unique property is also for sale.
