No Pre-Sales: All sales will be conducted on-site during the designated sale hours. No early quotes will be provided.

Payment: Cash is preferred, but debit/credit cards are also accepted with a fee of 4%. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Purchased Items: All items are sold as-is. All purchased items must be picked up before the sale closes. Please bring assistance to load heavy and/or oversized items.

Motorized Items: All motorized items are sold as-is and can be inspected prior to purchase. Proof of funds is required for offers on vehicles.

Appointments will be 1 hour long and will run from 9am - 5:30pm on Weds 2/18, Thu 2/19, and Fri 2/20, and from 9am - 2:30pm Sat 2/21.
You are allowed to bring other people with you during your time slot; however, we ask that you please carpool as we can only fit ~3 cars in the driveway at a time.
