Modern, Motors & Memories Estate Sale - Cascade Hills, Battle Creek

No Pre-Sales: All sales will be conducted on-site during the designated sale hours. No early quotes will be provided. Customers arriving on the day of the sale should self-organize until staff arrive to distribute numbers. One number per person, and presence is required to receive a number.

Personal Belongings: Please refrain from bringing large purses or personal bags, unless they are clear. Staff reserves the right to ask customers who bring bags/purses to return them to their vehicles before entering the sale.

Payment: Cash is preferred, but debit/credit cards are also accepted with a fee of 4%. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Purchased Items: All items are sold as-is. All purchased items must be picked up before the sale closes. Please bring assistance to load heavy and/or oversized items.

Motorized Items: All motorized items are sold as-is and can be inspected prior to purchase. Proof of funds is required for offers on vehicles.

Liability: Timeless Transitions is not responsible for accidents, lost items, damaged items, items left unattended, or items left on-site after payment.
