Numbers only for entry will be given out starting at 10am. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY HOMEMADE LISTS OR SIGN-UP SHEETS BEFORE 10AM. You MUST be present at 11am when your number is called otherwise your place will be skipped and you will be required to take a new number when you return. The home is packed with various items and we may have to limit home capacity at times, thank you for your cooperation.
Notifications given on the days of the sale take precedence over any prior written information. All items are SOLD AS-IS. We accept CASH and CREDIT CARD ONLY (Minimum $10.00) with valid ID. A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions. No holds and no refunds after items are sold. NO bags allowed. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE and pick-up times will be scheduled after sale hours each day for large items / furniture, WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS so bring your own help and vehicle. Last day will be 50% off most items, offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales. We will be taking confidential bids on a 1971 V.W. Bug (no title) Starting at 11am Friday through Saturday 3pm. Winning bidder will have 24 hours to make payment arrangements and be responsible for removing the vehicle by March 16, 2022. Vehicle will be on display at sale for evaluation some pictures provided below.
