When we sold our property in Grand Rapids, we needed to dispose of our entire household of goods. This was a vacation home and therefore, we had no need for any of the items. He immediately took photos and information so that he could do some pricing research for us. He estimated our proceeds and then went to work to make the sale happen flawlessly. He did this all with a minimum of interruption to us, with respect for the items we were selling and with well researched information regarding fair pricing. In one day, with his connections and advertising, we were able to dispose of everything and his estimate of the value we would receive was very accurate. He returned the next day for some of the pickups of the furniture and left the house immaculate!
