Numbers only for entry will be given out starting at 8am. SIGN-UP SHEET will be available on front porch. You MUST be present at 8 for numbers. If we call your name and you are not there, you will not receive a number. Sale starts at 9am and you must be present when we call your number or you will be skipped. Hooked Estate Sales reserves the right to limit the number of people in the house at any given time.
* We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
* Last day will be 50% off most items (EXCEPT FIRM), any offers will be held until last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales.
* You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. , All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale. Any additional questions can be emailed to hookedestatesales@gmail.com.
* No pre-sales. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Hooked Estate Sales are not responsible for accidents.
