Saturday is 50% off (except firm pricing). Plenty of items left for sale and open till 4pm Saturday. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people in the condo at any one time and that may require you to wait outside, please plan accordingly.
*NO public restrooms, please obey signs, absolutely NO discounts on Day 1 of sale. Day 2 will be 50% off except firm pricing
* We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
* A BID box will be available the 1st day of the Sale for items over $100. All Bids must be over 50% of the original price, bids at or below the 50% of the
original price will NOT be accepted. Winning bidders MUST pay and pick up items by 12 noon the next day.
* You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items. , All items must be removed by the end of the sale.
* We do not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale. Any additional questions can be emailed to hookedestatesales@gmail.com.
* No pre-sales. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
* You are entering the sale at your own risk -- the homeowner and Hooked Estate Sales are not responsible for accidents.
