 Part three of this massive estate features a new selection of antique and vintage items ranging from; a large selection of antique furniture, primitives, folk art, immigrant trunks, bronze statues, Red Wing stoneware items, selection of oil paintings, vintage high-end art pottery including Weller and Roseville, an amazing glassware and china selection, many high-end lamps, vintage fashion jewelry, many oil lamps, antique mercantile display cases; believe it or not, this is still just the beginning!

Over 20,000 square feet will be liquidated in multiple sales. The third sale starts Saturday, December 11th-12th

What is an Estate Sale? All items are displayed and priced, no bidding takes place. To prevent overcrowding, we limit the number of customers on the property, at a given time by using a number system. Numbers are distributed an hour before the sale each day at 8am. Numbers are distributed on a first come, first served basis. Numbers will be given to you at your vehicle from 8:00am-8:30am; after this time, numbers are at the door.                          

Sale Terms:

• Cash or check only.
• Items are sold as is; all sales are final.
• All items must be removed from property by 3pm Sunday.
• No pre-sales, Prices are not quoted before the sale.
• Items are discounted further on the final day of the sale, 50% off items under $50 and 30% off items over $50.
