S. Thomas and Associates has provided Central Minnesota with professional estate sale services for over 10 years.  Our staff has over 40 years experience with business ownership, management, marketing and professional estate sales.

-We coordinate all advertising & promotion of the sale including newspaper ads, website posting with photos and email notification.

-We provide professionally made outdoor signage to lead customers directly to your sale.

-We use a number system & carefully limit the number of customers in the estate at any given time.

-We provide bags & carefully wrap purchases to avoid breakage of sale items.

 

It takes many elements for a successful sale. Each of our employees excel at specific aspects of the sale; determining items value, marketing, merchandising, security, delivery. Our employees customer service is first class.

I was aware of S. Thomas and Associates and Design Consign when they opened their business in Brainerd and I had attended some of their sales. I knew from being in the resale business that they did a good job and had a good reputation.

They saw how much you can put in a 5500 square foot house and a large garage and storage loft. They did it all, set up tables, priced thousands of items, set up good looking displays, and then for two days cashiered for thousands of purchasers.
