Kawai Black Satin Baby Grand Piano. Model GM-12 was purchased new in 2006. The sellers are accomplished piano players and the piano is frequently serviced/tuned by Laursen Piano Co. The cabinet, strings and keys all look to be in excellent condition. The winning bidder is responsible for providing or hiring assistance to disassemble and move this item. Please note that the piano movers book out fast and pre planning would be a great idea!

Eddie Bauer Lane Lakeridge Trestle Dining Set. A gorgeous set with leather and spindle leg chairs! There are a few light scratches on the table top, but all pieces are in otherwise great condition. The table includes two additional leaves.

The table measures 44” x 84” and 30” high and comes with two leaves each measuring 18" which allows toe table to extend to 102" or 120" for ample seating!

Each side chair measures 21” wide, 20” deep, 19” high to the seat and 43” high to the chair back.

Stickley Rolling Leather Office Chair. There is some light wear on the arms and leather but in overall great condition. Measures 26” wide, 20” deep and 39” high to the chair back.

Stickley Mission File Cabinet. There are some light scratches/ marks on the top that can be seen in the photos. Measures 22” wide, 28” deep and 29” high.

Gorgeous Eddie Bauer Home Brown Leather King Size Bed Frame. There are some light scratches on the leather, but in otherwise excellent condition.

Pair of Pottery Barn Wood Nightstands. Both have some light scratches, but in overall great condition. Each measures 26” x 20” and 30” high

Safavieh Accent Rug in a beautiful colorful pattern. Measures 2’7” x 5’.

Le Creuset Enamel Dutch Oven. There is some light wear on the inner enamel that can be seen in the photos. Measures 4.5” high and 11” in diameter.
