We do not give out prices prior to the sale.
We honor pre-numbers. (Pre-numbers are numbers handed out by the first customer to the sale to ensure people are let into the sale in the order they arrive when the sale first opens)

This is an appointment only sale. Please keep reading the details. The link to schedule an appt is posted below. The team at Estate Sales Minnesota cares about the health and wellbeing of all of our customers and clients and employees. To help keep everyone healthy, please do not attend estate or moving sales if you have a fever or flu like symptoms. While waiting in line to enter a sale, customers need to allow for six feet space between individuals. Please use caution while waiting in line at an estate sale. We will only be allowed to let in a certain number of customers at a given time at each sale in order to make sure the home doesn't become too crowded. Depending on the sale location, no more than 8 customers at one time will be let into the sale. Be prepared to wait outside to gain entrance. We sincerely appreciate your patience. It will be mandatory that ALL customers wear a mask. If you don't have a mask you won't be allowed entrance into the sale. Employees may also be checking customers temperatures before entering the sale with a no contact thermometer.
If the rules change with businesses being open, Estate Sales Minnesota reserves the right to change this estate sale to an online auction estate sale and/or change the dates of the sale.
ALL Customers must wear a mask to enter the sale. Thank you for your cooperation . We have limited bags/wrapping material onsite due to the lack of space
**** Very important information regarding this sale***** To allow for more customers shopping experience at this sale, it is by Appointment Only. Each Customer will have one hour to shop this fantastic sale. Each person needs to sign up for a time slot. We will be have the sale again later this month.
