This auction will begin to end at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 31st 2024.
This is an extended bidding auction. If a bid is placed within the final few minutes of the auction, the ending time will be extended to give other bidders a chance to compete.
BUYER’S PREMIUM AND FEE'S (Updated 5/20/24)
We accept Cash or Certified Check for onsite transactions at the time of pick up.
We accept Credit or Debit Cards in advance for online payments only.
Credit or Debit Cards are not accepted onsite, Cash or Certified Check only.
10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids.
3% processing fee is added to all card transactions.
This is a Minnesota estate auction, no sales tax required.
Bidders who fail to pick up and pay for their items will be charged using their card on file and will forfeit their items if alternative arrangements are not confirmed with Estate Online Auctions.

All items must be picked up on this date only.
Winning bidders are responsible for the removal, loading and transportation of all their items.
Unclaimed Items: Winning bidders who fail to pick up their items during the designated time will forfeit all items. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Exceptions will only be made if alternative arrangements are made prior to the pickup date.
PAYMENT TERMS
After the auction closes, winning bidders will receive an invoice within 24 hours via email.
After the invoice is delivered, you may securely settle your invoice using your preferred Credit or Debit Card.
Cash and Certified Checks are now accepted onsite. Credit and Debit Cards are only accepted for online payments and not accepted onsite.
No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full.
New bidders, to verify your identity, a temporary $1 authorization will be placed on your registered credit card. This authorization will be refunded shortly after.
