We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy and look forward to the day when we can conduct in-person estate sales and see all our wonderful customers again. 

We have had to learn new ways and techniques to list some items for sale for some of our clients and have postponed many sales to be held in June. Please bear with us and be patient as we are learning this new process. We are trying our best to list applicable details in the descriptions. Please keep in mind, all items are sold as-is and are not usually in perfect condition.  In most instances, there will be multiple photos posted of each item since customers are not able to come and view the items in person. 

We are using minimal employees to prepare these online sales with no more than two people being in the home at one time and keeping social distance. 

Disclaimer: Cats previously lived in this home. We provide this disclaimer in the event you have a strong allergy for the fabric related items this sale is offering. (sofa and rugs) 

Items will be sold first/come basis. They will be sold to the first person that sends an email requesting an invoice. If invoice not paid within a timely manner, the item will continue to be for sale. If you are interested in an item, please click on the picture to purchase the item and it will generate an option to send Estate Sales Minnesota an email. Please indicate you would like to purchase the item and we will send you an online invoice through Square. Once the item has been paid, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule a pick up time. We are abiding by social distancing guidelines and will be scheduling only one pickup at a time. When possible for smaller items, we will set outside so no contact is needed. If you need to enter the home to pick up a furniture item, please wear gloves and remember to dispose of them when you leave. We will be doing our best to keep surfaces wiped downed with disinfectant.
