BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% COMMISSION WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER ON ALL SALES
The purpose of this catalog is only for the identification of merchandise. It is our intention to give an accurate description to the best of our knowledge and note any defects we may be aware of. However, the auctioneer makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information given on any merchandise found in this catalog.

All items: Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do not guarantee the value, condition, or authenticity of any item. It is the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, to judge the value, condition, and authenticity of merchandise and bid accordingly. We disclaim responsibility for any opinions expressed by the auctioneer or others as to the value of any item. Please use the preview times to inspect all items prior to bidding on them. All sales are final.

We do not guarantee: condition, rebluing, rebarreling, restocking, sight changes, etc. We do not guarantee the gun will fire. We do not guarantee ammo will fire. Sealed or otherwise closed boxes may have corrosion. Wrong ammo may be in the boxes. Ammo labels and contents may not match.

FFL Transfer Fee: Items marked with ‘*FFL Transfer Required’ indicate the lot contains a firearm that must be legally transferred to the buyer by our Federal Firearms Dealer. An additional $20 fee per firearm will be charged to the buyer. Please see auctioneer for further details.

Absentee: There will be a $1.00 Service Charge added to each successful absentee bid.

Payment: We accept the following payment types: Cash, Check (we reserve the right to hold merchandise until check clears), Major Credit Card, or Wire Transfer.

Pickup/Removal: If you hold your own Federal Firearms License: transfers may be completed at the END of the auction. You must wait for the auction to be complete and you must have your FFL paperwork present. If you do not have an FFL: you may not pick up the night of the auction. Pickup and transfer must be completed by APPOINTMENT ONLY at Wolf’s Den Gun Shop in Hugo, MN 651-426-2906. If the item does not require an FFL transfer: pickup may be completed at Luther Auctions the night of the auction, Tuesday 21st 9am to 6pm, Wed 22nd 9am to 5pm, or by appointment.

----------SHIPPING----------

Luther Auctions DOES NOT provide packing and shipping services.

All Firearms, Ammo, Scopes, Firearm Parts, etc: Shipping will be handled by and at the discretion of Wolf's Den Gun Shop. Please be patient! It may take 2 to 4 weeks or MORE for shipping to be completed.

Non-firearm Related Items: (and antique firearms manufactured before 1898): Shipping will be handled by The UPS Store #3798.

All packing, shipping and related fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

1) We require that the shipping address match the registered billing address of the credit card used for payment. If buyer needs item shipped to an alternate address, then payment must be made by wire transfer. 2) All shipments must be fully insured/ declared at their full purchase price. 3) Recipient must have a working phone number and email. 4) Recipient is responsible for any/all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. 5) International shipments are a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by Luther Auctions and The UPS Store. 6) Shipping of larger items and furniture will need to be arranged by the buyer with another third party shipper. 7) We require a signed authorization form indicating your name, sale date, lot number and choice of carrier, before releasing your item to a third party.
