We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee on any sale transactions over $100.00.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

There are no real words to describe this TAG SALE other than, if we don’t have it, then you didn’t need it! The Hibdon’s have both passed and we have turned the home upside down and into a store of sorts! This is the most box lots of home decor and product items we have ever had in one estate. Jeri loved to decorate for the seasons and holiday decor by the box lot will be offered! If the holiday existed, Jeri bought it!

Overall, pictures speak for themselves, but while we have so much to offer in a wide variety for sale, there is also very nice and clean, living room furniture including sofas/loveseats, wingbacks, end tables, coffee tables, art work, floor and table lamps. Even dining room furniture and hutches, curios and corner cabinets, bakers racks and glass top garden tables, mirrors to side tables. There are SOOO many collections…. From teapots to cup/saucer sets, coca-cola to bears, Victorian to Mid Century, brass to wood, crafts to puzzles and games. Lots of tools, $1 product items, lawn and garden, outdoor decor, primitives and antiques. Oh the linens!…From fabric, patterns, bedding, comforters, pillows and even down to the area rugs, there is a large selection.
