We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee on any sale transactions over $100.00.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Mr Harvey was commissioned in the US Army as a 2nd Lieutenant in August 1968. A Vietnam veteran, Paul retired from the US Army in 1988 after 20 years of honorable service, attaining the rank of Major. His Army service included time as a helicopter pilot with the 57th AHC Gladiators. Paul's military awards included the Purple Heart, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Air Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal.

Mrs Harvey was an AVID and ACCOMPLISHED quilter, and could sew up just about anything in just about any amount of time. It is evidenced in her quilts that we have for sale, that she was diligent to complete the hardest of patterns!

Both of Mr and Mrs Harvey were long time Cub Scout Leaders in the Missouri area, long time antique collectors, collector of Train and Hobby Airplanes, and Paul liked to tinker on just about anything!

Again, this is a home that has been filled for the last 25+ years with  great items. We have worked on this project for 3 weeks solid and found alot of great items! Just hard to mention it all in an ad.

PRICES are 50% on Saturday excluding all furniture and big ticket items that remain. These items will be 25% off the tag.   SATURDAY FROM 1PM-2PM will be Dollar Hour for all remaining items under $100 on the tag. NO BIG ticket items will be included in the dollar hour but will become very negotiable.

 

WE ALWAYS HAVE A LINE at the beginning of each sale day. Get there early for the best spot. WE DO ALLOW the usage of a place marker for each individual person WITH NAME on the place marker. NO MORE than 1 person name on each place marker!!!!!! We do highly encourage you to just stay in your spot in the line. It really makes everything much easier for those behind you in line!
