We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Address: 17467 Jayhawk Road, Carthage, Mo 

🗓️ Friday June 21: 9am-3pm 
🗓️ Saturday June 22: 9am-NOON 

Ms. Willis has sold her 15 acre mini hobby farm and moved to a care facility. All remaining contents of her 2 bedroom bungalow and the 4 outbuildings are being sold! This is not an auction…. All items are priced and tagged for immediate sale. Good clean quality, vintage and antique items all throughout the home + tons of primitives and lawn/garden/tool items out in the barns. 

Terms: All sales are final. No warranties expressed or implied.  Item prices are FIRM on Friday with 25%~50% off discounts on Saturday. Be prepared to walk around the yard to the outbuildings as well as the interior of the home.   

Payment: we accept cash, local, Joplin metro area check, debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee)
