We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Liquidating the historical home of the J. P. Leggett family, one of the founders of Leggett and Platt in Carthage, Missouri. The home was built in 1901 and is one of the largest Historical Homes in the SW MO Area.

Property is now bank owned and being liquidated top to bottom by the former property owners.

The home was on the 2023 Historical Christmas Homes Tour for Carthage.

The four story home encompassing 8000sf, is absolutely full of quality and quantity plus the carriage house in backyard has much of the leftovers that the home cannot hold! There will be lots of walking all 4 floors, so keep in mind, there are LOTS of stairs to get to all four floors.
