We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

👀THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION… all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale. PLENTY of parking out front on the main road, but be prepared to do a little walking! Also, inside the house is an old fsrmhouse staircase that is steep and narrow… so PLEASE wear good shoes and bring your patience! It may be one up, one down for awhile. Bring a flashlight for the basement! This is a true country sale! SALE WILL BE RAIN OR SHINE!

No warranties expressed or implied, no refunds and bring your own help to load! We will be running a full crew but expect to be very busy. Friday is FULL price, Saturday is discount day.

Please note: ON FRIDAY- there will be limited entry into the home itself to control crowd size and breakage. The outside, lawn, basement and barn will be free range. We will have our trusty “bouncer” at the door limiting entry for the morning.
