We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

99% of the items will NOT be priced. Just a few random larger tools will be priced overall. Otherwise, the rules will be… make a pile, we will make a price. Pretty simple. BRING A FLASHLIGHT!
we will be fair on our pricing. It’s more of how much we can get rid of overall than maximizing dollars. But we won’t be selling stuff under $1.
PLEASE NOTE: parking is in a field but easy ability to get in and out. You can’t miss the location!
