We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

It has been over 50 years since this home has been open to the public, let alone available for sale! This historical Carthage Marble and Stone home has been vacant for many years, after the passing of Helen and Ross ‘Bedford’ Brown, Joe’s parents. We have uncovered a lot of unique Mid Century Modern items, military clothing, vintage glass, a table full of vintage Christmas, vintage ham radio equipment and books, tons of photography and camera/equipment, numerous Carthage advertising items, vintage metal “smith and miller” advertising trucks including a RARE MOCO FEEDS truck! There are some gorgeous real paintings, vintage furniture, and fun unique clothing! While this is a big house, it is not overly packed out with items, and being our loyal customers that you are, we are sure you will devour the house contents quickly!

We accept cash, local Joplin/Carthage checks, Venmo and debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee). All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied, no refunds. Vintage electronics are NOT refundable… so you need to check those before paying! Plenty of parking! Busy street so be careful!
