We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Talk about A FULL PROPERTY! Both home and workshop are at MAX capacity of vintage goodness! We could write a fancy ad, but the photos will tell you all you need to know about this TAG sale. There is a home and a shop, some bring your best friend

To help shop in both places at once!

➡️ PLEASE NOTE: There will be limited entry to both locations at the start on Friday for the first 2 hours. Line forms at the caution taped entry! DO NOT LINE UP PRIOR TO 6AM AND YOU MUST STAY ON SITE, either in your vehicle or in line.

Some of the clothing will be tagged and priced and some of the clothing in totes is for digging and picking thru. Lots of 80’s-early 2000’s and a lot of Levi and Wrangler Jeans

There is some excellent art work and a lot of Lowell Davis prints as well as other Carthage artists.
