We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Card (All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee. We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Chuck and Sarah recently became a "newlywed" couple again, and have merged two homes into 1! Sarah is an accomplished seamstress and quilter therefore a lot of sewing equipment, fabric, squares, thread and more
Chuck on the other hand... he stays away from the 'sewin' and loves his wood working and tools plus the yard equipment! Lots of new and good quality wood working tools, plus nice lawn equipment.
Both of them are selling excellent antique furniture, some new pieces as well, but featuring a very nice bedroom set, lawyer bookcase, living room furniture, dining room furniture and so much more.
