We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

On behalf of US Bank, Trustee. We are liquidating the estate of Dr. William Roehling, longtime dentist in Joplin. This estate has been closed up since 2023, and the treasures abound! Incredible collections of Hummel figurines, Thomas Kinkade Santa’s, Uranium Glass, Joplin memorabilia, mid century furniture including a George Nelson Sleek Line Bedroom suite, Daschund Figurines, blue and white pottery, Roseville, Hull, Silverplate, calendar plates, vintage Christmas, antique books, stamp collection, gorgeous primitive and antique furniture, unique dental items, and so much more. The house is LARGE and FULL!

Terms: NOT AN AUCTION… all items are tagged and priced for immediate sale. All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied, no returns/refunds. Please bring your own help to load! Plenty of parking! Friday is FIRM price, discounts on Saturday, and dollar hour from 12pm-1pm Saturday.

Estate sales are fun but please do not line up prior to 6am either day so as to not disturb the neighborhood. Estate sales can be hectic the first couple of hours of each day so plan accordingly.
