We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Card (All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee. We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.

Directions: From Hwy 43 and I-44 (petro exit), go south on Hwy 43 to Douglas Fir Road (stoplight at Peoples Bank), turn west (right) on Douglas Fir Road to the BACK entrance of Loma Linda (first gated entry you come to). Turn left on Butterfield about 1 mile to Loma Linda Drive. Turn left on Loma Linda Drive around 2 large curves to Fairway Lane. Fairway is located at the very back of the subdivision, so when you think you are lost... just keep going... it means your almost there! Turn right on Fairway Lane to sale. DO NOT park on the golf course!!!!!!!!!!!
Ed and Bonnie moved here from Springfield where they retired on the golf course.
