We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee on any sale transactions over $100.00.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

PLEASE READ REGARDING LINE UP: If you are traveling from out of town, there are several nearby hotels within walking distance to the home. PLEASE do not place your marker/chair or set up out front of the main front door any earlier than 5AM and BE CONSIDERATE to the neighborhood. We do not utilize a sign up sheet or number system but rather a line system. You may put a place marker out or your chair, but it must have your name on it and ONLY one place marker per PERSON.

PLEASE READ REGARDING VIKING OWL COLLECTiON: we know these are quite popular and have fielded off many inquiries from all over the USA, so to prevent breakage and people rushing to the table to snatch them up, the owls will be offered to those first in line beginning at 8:00 AM, ONE PERSON at a time until we open. MEANING, if you are first in line, we will let you go in to the cash register, pick which ones you want, pay and set them aside, then you may go back to your spot in line, moving on to the next person and so on.

Due to the passing of Beth Fraley- Zentner, former owner of Fraley Funeral Supply in Joplin, and more recent, the dispatcher for the City of Joplin, we are liquidating part 2 of the MASSIVE estate.
