We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

PLEASE NOTE: Mina is a dead end street so we advise parking on 27th and walking up to the house. There is a circle driveway for loading out of items but do NOT park in driveway

Pete and Heidi are long time Joplin natives, having owned the Great American Bagel and Woody’s Pizza! They have sold their million dollar home and we are liquidating the remainder of their personal property items. Numerous paintings that Pete did and has signed. Also paintings by other artists as well as Margie Moss. Lots of home decor, glassware, accessories, King Size Lexington Furniture Bedroom Suite, dining tables, upholstered and hardwood chair sets, lawn and garden, shelving and rolling metal racks, Woody’s pizza signage along with the original coat rack that hung behind the bar! While not a large sale, there are many beautiful items and things will go quickly! Lots of dollar table items as well!

The tractor is a John Deere 430 with front end loader and PTO driven finish mower. 830 hours, a little rough around the edges but a good tractor that starts and drives and is ready for work! Reasonably priced at $8500 and listening to offers on Saturday if not sold by then.

Terms: this is not an auction… all items are tagged and priced for immediate sale both days. Firm prices on Friday and Saturday is discount day! Be prepared to load your own items!
