We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Liquidating wall to wall within the house (which is for sale!) including Washer/Dryer and Stainless French Door Refrigerator, hundreds of books, Fiestaware Dinner Collection, Antique Glassware, Silverplate, numerous pieces of quality furnituren, floor safe, lamps, home decor, household, lawn and garden, patio furniture, concrete statuary, sewing and crafting supplies, electronics, lots of Women’s clothing/accessories, linens, dollar product table and Christmas! The house is absolutely packed FULL!

Terms: NOT AN AUCTION! All items are priced and tagged within the home, ready for immediate sale both days. We accept cash, local Joplin metro area check, debit/credit cards (subject to a 4% transaction fee). All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied, no returns, bring help to load furniture! No pricing questions, no holds, first come, first served!

PLEASE DO NOT LINE UP PRIOR TO 6am either day as courtesy to the neighborhood. A place marker or chair with your name on it can hold your spot in line. We will let 25-30 in at the open of Friday sale to prevent less issues with crowding into rooms, so come early for best opportunity!
