We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Mr and Mrs Buckner have downsized drastically, and we are tasked with liquidating wall to wall of their beautiful custom home in Joplin. 1900 sf of very fine modern furnishings, bedroom furniture, living room furniture, art work, dining table and 6 chairs, curio cabinets, breakfast table and 4 chairs, new Gray Loveseat with Ottoman, Queen and Full Size Bedroom Furniture, GORGEOUS vintage quilts (over 20!), household, kitchenware, lawn and garden, TONS of $1 product items, patio furniture, tools, garden tools, linens, lamps, and so much more. Everything in this home is ABSOLUTELY PRISTINE!

 

Terms: THIS IS NOT an auction... all items are priced and tagged for immediate sale both days. FIRM price on Friday, Saturday is discount day ranging from 25% off furniture to 50% off all remaining items. Please, please bring help to load large items. If it rains, we will make ourselves available for Sunday pickup

 

Payment: We accept cash, Venmo,  local Joplin Metro Area Checks, and also accept credit/debit cards with 4% transaction fee applied. All sales are final, no warranties expressed or implied. No returns.
