We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 4% transaction fee on all purchases.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

Due to the passing of Helen Gartin, Charles has downsized drastically, liquidating near everything! They have lived in the same home for over 30+ years! You will find lots of
Vintage including a way cool Mushroom Canister Set, Primary Color Pyrex Mixing Bowl Set, CAST iron bull dogs/rabbits/horses/pigs, and tons of lawn/garden items and decor, plus a nice amount of tools. Huge box lot of pocket knives and a bag of vintage costume jewelry. Several boxes of $4 smalls and our $1 product table overflows!

This is a small 2 bedroom home, and we have utilized every square inch. THERE WILL BE limited entry Friday morning starting at 9am to 15-20 people at a time so please be prepared to wait. This keeps the attendees of the sale safe and prevents damage to items.

➡️ DO NOT line up on Friday prior to 6am. You may leave a chair or placemarker after 6am either day, to mark your spot in line, but be back in line before we open or you may get left out! We encourage you to not leave the premises but feel free to wait in your car if the weather is chilly.
