All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

What is "early bird night'? We will ONLY be allowing 100 people to enter the building ahead of the general sale/public which takes place on Friday Sept 25 and Saturday Sept 26. Early Bird Night allows you as the buyer to get the best of the best stuff! And limited to 100 people makes it easier for shopping and not having to fight a ginormous crowd. Perfect for the collectors and resellers!
Here are the rules:
1.) You can get there as early as you want on Thursday, however WE will not be passing out numbers/tickets until 2PM.
2.) Your $10 ticket will have a number and that is your spot in line when we open at 4PM. If you get there super early and wait, then you get a better number in line.
3.) After 2PM, you can either stay in line or come back, but we ask that you are back in line by 330PM.
4.) $10 entry fee WILL NOT credited back to your purchase. This worked well for us last year so we are doing it again!
Details about the sale itself
We have a warehouse sale about once a year. Basically we will have 10,000 sf FULL of household merchanidse from many estates in the Joplin area that were either too small to have a sale, time prevented the seller from having a sale, or we did a buyout of items a homeowner didnt want anymore. All brought together under ONE roof for a big sale! THIS IS PART 1 of 2 sales that will take place. WE ARE ONLY doing the 2 BIG rooms, which consists of Household, Glassware, antiques, primitives, baskets, thousands of books, thousands of linens, home decor, pottery, Lowell Davis Collection, Precious Moments collection, lamps, woodware, vintage and MCM items, PLUS a HUGE CHRISTMAS selection, and a MASSIVE AMOUNT OF DOLLAR PRODUCTS! We also have a large amount of artwork, mirrors, rugs, furniture and more.
AGAIN.... THIS IS EARLY BIRD NIGHT ONLY. Our other posting for the warehouse sale is for General Public (no entry fee) days, just like a normal estate tag sale operates.
