We are the only Estate Sale company in SW MO that accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Local Bank Check, or Debit/Credit Card . All types of Credit/debit cards accepted. If you use a Debit/Credit card, our company utilizes a Square Reader, and a buyer is charged a 3% fee on any sale transactions over $100.00.
We will prosecute for bounced checks. A returned check fee of $50.00 will apply plus all attorney fees.
All items are SOLD AS-IS, with no returns or warranties, expressed or implied. All electronic items are not tested 100% every sale, so it is up to the buyer to test them out.
Large purchase items such as cars, guns, jewelry or coins, will be required to sell via a "bill of sale" method. This is to protect you as the buyer, the seller and us as the company.

This is not an overly large sale, but good clean and usable items plus several pieces of quality furniture as well as your usual antique and vintage furniture pieces. Because the home has been sold, prices are very good and things NEED to be sold before the closing takes place. The main floor of the home is full of household, home decor, antiques, primitives, linens, art and pictures, lots of glassware, books/cookbooks, electronics, Magnavox Stereo System and Realistic Speakers, lamps, and more. Plus, the 3 car garage is also full of furniture from another member of the Whitaker Family who is downsizing.

 

Terms: NOT an auction... all items throughout are tagged and priced for immediate sale. We offer the ability to accept cash, local Joplin Metro area check, or Debit/Credit Card (4% fee on cards). All sales are final, no warranties and no refunds. Please bring help to load! No previews or early bird sales. Please know it is not unusual for a line to begin prior to our opening, and you may use a place marker in the line during cold temperatures or rain events.

 

PLEASE NOTE: as of January 1 2023, we are NOW charging the full 4% convenience fee on ALL CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD transactions. This is a fee that our card provider Square charges us to use their processing system. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE for usage of any debit/credit card transactions.
